Guidehouse is hiring Fresher DevOps Infrastructure Engineer – Trivandrum, India

Guidehouse’s SEAS Platform Engineering team is looking for a Fresher DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to support internal infrastructure projects. This role involves working with a variety of open source tools, cloud platforms, and containerized environments. You’ll be part of the Solutions Engineering and Architecture team, collaborating with business users across segments.

• Support and develop infrastructure using Terraform for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with cloud-based environments and DevOps automation
• Maintain and support containerized platforms using Docker (e.g., Posit products)
• Administer Linux servers (RedHat and Ubuntu)
• Work in the 2 PM to 11 PM IST shift

Requirements

• Educational background in Computer Science (e.g., B.Tech CS, B.Sc CS, BCA)
• Basic knowledge of Git version control
• Familiarity with Linux administration (RedHat/Ubuntu)
• Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, etc.)

Nice to Have

• AZ-900 or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
• Experience with Docker containers
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Puppet)
• System administration experience with Red Hat/CentOS or Debian/Ubuntu
• Exposure to tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
