Join GIST Impact as an SDE 1 – DevOps Engineer and help build scalable cloud automation workflows that power next-gen sustainability solutions. You’ll manage cloud infrastructure, create secure CI/CD pipelines, and drive DevOps innovation within a collaborative hybrid environment

• Manage and enhance CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Administer cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
• Implement DevOps best practices and security protocols
• Automate software deployments across environments
• Handle configuration management and cloud provisioning
• Collaborate across engineering and operations teams
• Optimize infrastructure for scale, security, and performance

Requirements:

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and managing cloud resources
• Scripting skills in Bash and programming in Java/Python
• Knowledge of IAM policies, virtual networks, and infrastructure-as-code
• Familiarity with GitOps and Linux systems
• Computer Science degree or relevant software engineering experience
