Requirements
- Active full-time student or recent graduate with genuine Linux passion beyond academic coursework.
- Comfortable using Linux command line and Bash scripting.
- Experience installing and using a Linux distribution on personal devices.
- Enthusiastic about Linux systems engineering and hands-on infrastructure management.
Role Overview
- Support engineering teams in deploying, monitoring, and operating Linux-based services at scale.
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools including Puppet, Terraform, and Python.
- Manage thousands of servers and VMs across global data centers and cloud regions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform routine monitoring tasks.
- Collaborate within teams owning specific technologies and contribute to infrastructure improvement projects.
- Gain hands-on experience with automation, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale system operations.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good working experience with Linux OS (preferably RHEL-based distributions).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
- Shell scripting proficiency (Bash).
- Positive attitude, teamwork, strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Desire to learn new technologies and solve technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other scripting languages, especially Python.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Puppet and Terraform.
- Exposure to public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
