- Provide first-level system support across servers and network systems
- Assist in maintaining uptime, monitoring tools, and system performance
- Work collaboratively in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations
- Learn and apply basic concepts of Linux system administration
- Support AWS cloud infrastructure and perform routine checks
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) concepts
- Candidates with an IT or Computer Science academic background preferred
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Quick learning ability and willingness to work in shifts
- Ability to work in a collaborative, high-pressure environment
