Finastra hiring Associate DevOps Engineer Bengaluru

Finastra is looking for a highly motivated Associate DevOps Engineer to join our globally impactful team in Bengaluru. If you're starting your career and have a strong interest in automating builds, deployments, and cloud infra provisioning using modern DevOps practices, this is the place to grow

• Support CI/CD pipeline design, build & deployment (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Automate infra provisioning using Helm charts, Ansible, and cloud tools
• Work on AKS clusters, Docker containerization, and system monitoring
• Collaborate with teams to improve dev delivery cycles
• Maintain documentation, config standards, and system health
• Participate in brainstorming for process improvement and innovation
• Learn and grow with cutting-edge FinTech projects

Requirements:

• 0–6 months experience in DevOps/software/infrastructure roles
• Exposure to Docker, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Helm, AKS, and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of Linux, scripting (Ansible, Python, Gradle)
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, DB2, Oracle)
• Awareness of Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) methodologies
