Requirements
- Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to maintain SLA compliance
- Configure system monitors to prevent outages and maintain operational stability
- Write and maintain comprehensive support documentation and incident logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones to solve deep-rooted technical issues
- Drive root cause analysis and scalable solutions
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
- Continuously improve your knowledge of Amazon technologies and business functions
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years in software development or technical support roles
- Experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby)
- Understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, XML, JSON
- Exposure to RAID setup, web services, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of web application development and system-level administration
