• Manage and troubleshoot customer cases and technical issues
• Provide product and platform support for Copado’s DevOps suite
• Handle XML, Git, APIs, and CLI-related debugging
• Maintain technical documentation and create knowledge articles
• Collaborate across teams to improve customer experience
• Advocate for customer needs and suggest scalable solutions
• Participate in training and contribute to support strategy

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of Salesforce + Support or DevOps experience
• Experience with SaaS, Git, APIs, CLI, and logs
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools, and branching strategies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts if needed
• Copado Admin/Developer certifications (preferred)
