CoffeeBeansCB is hiring DevOps Engineer – Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune (Hybrid)

CoffeeBeansCB is seeking a DevOps Engineer with 4.5 to 6 years of experience to design, build, and maintain robust cloud-native infrastructure. This role involves working across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), applying Infrastructure as Code, managing container orchestration, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Ideal candidates will have a consulting mindset and be comfortable working in US shift timings.

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform with modules and advanced features
• Use Ansible or Puppet for configuration management
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (kubectl, Pods, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Implement monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving VPCs, subnets, and security groups
• Design for high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-region deployments
• Automate tasks using Python or Go
• Collaborate with stakeholders in customer-facing technical discussions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Operations
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC best practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK
• Proficient in networking concepts in cloud environments
• Strong scripting ability in Python or Go
• Experience in architecting HA/DR cloud environments
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

Nice to Have

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
