Cloud Support Engineer I (Media & Content Delivery)
Job Description
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth across small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector.
As a member of the AWS Support team, you will be at the forefront of cloud technology, assisting a global list of companies and developers in leveraging AWS services. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as a ‘Cloud Ambassador,’ equipping customers with the tools and knowledge to maximize their AWS investment.

Requirements
- Solve technical support cases through telephone, email, and web/live chat.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies in product support and drive improvement initiatives.
- Create knowledge base articles, tutorials, and technical documentation.
- Provide feedback to internal AWS teams to enhance services.
- Work on highly complex customer issues that may span multiple AWS services.
- Continuously develop technical skills and participate in professional growth activities.
- Participate in hiring processes and mentor new team members.
This role requires working five days a week, including occasional weekends, on a rotational basis. Shifts may be Sunday–Thursday, Tuesday–Saturday, or Monday–Friday.

A Cloud Support Engineer will handle customer cases via multiple contact channels (telephone, email, web/live chat), troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with customers to identify root causes.
