Cloud Support Associate role at Amazon Web Services (AWS India)

As a Cloud Support Associate, you’ll handle technical support queries related to AWS services, ensuring high customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and advanced technical guidance. You’ll work with global customers building mission-critical apps on AWS infrastructure.

• Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and live chat
• Apply advanced troubleshooting across AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, CloudFront)
• Collaborate with dev and internal teams on customer issues and improvements
• Write knowledge articles, tutorials, and participate in mentoring
• Handle high-impact, complex problems and drive critical communications

Minimum Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in:
  • Linux system admin
  • Network admin
  • DB design/optimization
  • DevOps / scripting (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, PHP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Troubleshooting and customer support exposure

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of:
  • Linux/Unix OS (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.)
  • Networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Databases
• Cloud computing exposure
• Strong multitasking and customer-centric approach
• Excited about technology and ready for night shift work
