Cloud Operations Engineer – DevOps (Mid-Level)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions that bring business value.
• Analyze client environments, infrastructure, and systems for utilization, deployment, automation, testing, and monitoring.
• Engage with multiple customers and switch between tasks as required.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing automation tasks.
• Continuously upskill with the latest Azure services and updates.
• Work in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
• Manage Azure/DevOps infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure, Virtual Machines, Azure Disks, Azure Storage, Autoscaling, Availability Zones, Azure Backup, and Snapshots.
• Provide system support, including responding to monitoring alerts.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a junior DevOps engineer.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows OS.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Understanding of network topologies and common network protocols and services.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Experience with Azure services, including logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to engage with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and administration skills.

Additional Experience (Advantageous)

• 0-1 years of Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or similar), and automation/configuration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
