AvePoint/M365 DevOps Analyst – Join Deloitte’s Tech Innovation Team

Deloitte is hiring a DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in AvePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Python automation. You’ll help build secure, scalable M365 governance solutions for Deloitte’s global workforce, supporting productivity, collaboration, and compliance

• Configure and maintain the AvePoint suite for M365 governance
• Automate platform tasks using Python and Power Automate
• Manage and monitor SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services
• Design dashboards and reports for workspace insights using SQL
• Administer web platforms like IIS, Web APIs, and WCF services
• Build cloud-native components via Azure Functions, Key Vaults, and Storage Accounts
• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for configuration and automation
• Resolve technical issues from global IT teams related to M365 and AvePoint
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional global teams
• Stay updated with new AvePoint and M365 capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology
• 1–3 years of experience with M365 or SharePoint Online administration
• Proficient in Python scripting, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of Azure services (Functions, Storage, Key Vaults)
• Experience with IIS, WCF, and REST APIs
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AvePoint or similar M365 tools
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
• Understanding of M365 governance and security policies
• Certifications in Microsoft or Azure technologies
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments
