Associate Cloud Support Engineer (Night Shift: 10 PM IST - 7 AM IST)

Akamai Technologies is looking for an Associate Cloud Support Engineer to provide mission-critical technical support for global online customers. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing operations, and enhancing support processes to ensure an industry-leading customer experience.

• Act as a trusted support partner to resolve customer queries and technical issues.
• Own problem resolution while collaborating with internal teams.
• Investigate Akamai’s Distributed Network for optimized performance and delivery.
• Analyze existing technical issues and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.

Required Qualifications

• 6 months - 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience providing technical support and solutions to B2B customers.
• Understanding of internet protocols, including DNS, HTTP/S, and TCP.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• Ability to prioritize workload and communicate technical issues effectively.
