Arcadis is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its Intelligence division, supporting the development and deployment of advanced technology solutions. The role focuses on automation, infrastructure management, and ensuring high availability and security of systems in both on-premises and cloud environments.

• Ensure system availability, performance, scalability, and security in production environments.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible and Puppet.
• Collaborate with development teams to enforce DevOps best practices.
• Maintain and secure cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
• Conduct performance monitoring and create automated alerting solutions.
• Prototype new tools and technologies; lead automation efforts.
• Manage application and infrastructure monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Sentry.
• Support and enhance Docker-based development workflows.
• Administer databases, including setup and management of DB2.
• Work on security assessments, routine scans, and protocol analysis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, Docker, and Linux administration.
• Experience with OpenShift and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with DB2 database and Maximo Application Suite (desirable).
• Experience in setting up monitoring/log analysis tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Node Exporter, etc.
• Background in agile methodologies, change management, and release management.
• Understanding of network performance troubleshooting and routine security scans.
