You will manage support tickets, develop automation tools, and assist with software deployments to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot complex issues
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments
- Develop and maintain automation tools using Python, Java, and Shell scripting
- Generate system and support status reports
- Automate repetitive tasks to increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with global support teams and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Ensure SLA compliance and manage communication with customers
- Take ownership of system components to maintain uptime and reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development or technical support
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Java, Shell
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex systems
- Good communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with REST APIs, XML, and JSON
- Knowledge of web services and distributed systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and service-oriented architecture
- Understanding of hardware/software RAID configurations
