Amazon’s Product Replenishment Operational Excellence (PROX) team is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build and support automation systems that improve operational efficiency. This role focuses on automating deployments, reducing manual intervention through ticket auto-resolution, and enhancing operational reporting. It's an opportunity to work across multiple services in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

• Automate deployments and operational processes across various systems.
• Build solutions for ticket auto-resolution and operational metrics reporting.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical systems.
• Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in software development or DevOps.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Familiarity with Java or C++.
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting scalable systems in 24/7 environments.
• Knowledge of Relational or NoSQL database systems.
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of full SDLC best practices including CI/CD, version control, and code reviews.
• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Ability to build monitoring dashboards and use CI/CD tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
