• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems and services.
• Maintain SLA adherence through proactive issue detection and monitoring.
• Configure monitoring systems to reduce downtime and enhance incident response.
• Write and maintain accurate support documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to diagnose root causes and implement fixes.
• Improve the customer experience by ensuring timely and complete issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Amazon’s systems and business.

Requirements

• 2+ years in software development or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience with Unix systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS, networking, and operating system internals.
