Amazon is seeking a talented and experienced Support Engineer to join its EPR Pay-on-Behalf team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Unix, AWS, SQL, and scripting, who want to work at scale, automate manual processes, and drive support operations for a rapidly growing seller base across the EU.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support seller compliance workflows for the EPR Pay-on-Behalf platform.
- Ensure timely publication of EPR reports and remit declarations for EU Sellers.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot and debug production systems and perform root cause analysis.
- Build tools and scripts for test infrastructure, bug tracking, and process automation.
- Maintain data pipelines and proactively monitor system health using CloudWatch, Lambda, and S3.
Tools & Technologies You’ll Work With
- AWS Technologies: Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
- Data Tools: Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, QuickSight
- Languages & Standards: JSON, XML, REST APIs
- Scripting: Bash, Python, or similar
- Environment: Unix/Linux systems
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years in software development or technical support roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with Unix/Linux systems
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services, including compute, storage, and monitoring
- Familiarity with networking and operating system internals
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
