Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our team, focused on seller compliance and delivering high-quality software solutions that support a variety of customer use cases and are scalable to handle Amazon’s volume.

• Lead support activities for the EPR Pay-on-behalf team, ensuring timely publication of EPR Reports and EPR Remit declarations for EU Sellers.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive smooth and timely delivery.
• Use tools such as Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, Quicksight, and AWS technologies like Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, Cloudwatch for data processing and troubleshooting.
• Automate manual processes associated with monthly cycles to keep up with 50% year-over-year seller growth.
• Work closely with PMT and SDM to generate and maintain metrics, build scripts, and tools for test infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the health of the pipelines and drive other core support engineering initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in technical systems.
• Experience with Unix systems.
• Experience with modern programming languages for scripting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware & software RAID.
• Experience with RESTful web services, XML, and JSON.
