Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to selling partners via various channels.

Basic Qualifications:

• College graduate with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Office Suites (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 93% accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably B2B/live channels.
• Business acumen in e-commerce and retail is a plus.
